Shipping policy

Couples Therapy Apparel fulfills apparel through a print-on-demand partner. Items are printed and shipped after your order is placed—not from our own warehouse inventory.

Processing time

Most orders enter production within 2–5 business days after payment clears. During peak periods, production may take longer.

Shipping time

After an item ships, delivery typically takes 3–10 business days within the United States, depending on destination and carrier. International shipping, when available, can take longer and may be subject to customs delays outside our control.

Shipping rates

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Rates are calculated based on destination and order contents.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when the carrier provides it.

Multiple items

Items in the same order may ship separately if they are produced in different facilities or at different times. You may receive more than one tracking number.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
